Our current customers include companies such as: IBM, Siemens, Citibank, Disney, Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, NBCUniversal, Accenture, SAS Institute and hundreds more widely recognized brands.

Recently, we’ve launched an ecosystem of innovative solutions and we’re looking for a new colleague to help us grow the market share by positioning our portfolio to software developers, product managers and other senior software business.

  • Do you have a generic understanding of IT Software business and how sales process of IT solutions look like?
  • Do you like to do your work in an orderly manner with due attention to detail?
  • Are you fluent or close to be fluent in English (both spoken and written)?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or remote/on-line  customer care/support team.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with English speaking stakeholders of different seniority (must have).
  • Advanced spoken and written English language skills (must have).
  • Minimum basic understanding of: Open Source, HTML, web based application, rich text editor, on-premises & cloud based solution terms.

He or she shall be: 

  • Willing to develop and gain new competences in order to defend our value proposition and close sales deals.
  • Comfortable in presenting and positioning our solutions and services.
  • Self-motivated and independent in performing sales tasks.
  • Interested in technology.

Your mission:

  • Working collaboratively with sales and marketing colleagues to grow our customer base.
  • Answering international customer requests through different digital channels (emails, on-line chat, conference calls).
  • Preparing offers, assisting with documentation requests, following-up on transaction status.
  • Achieving qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Auditing customers.
  • Participating in marketing plans and conferences.
  • Reporting on outbound activities results.
  • Developing and maintaining customers database and sales cycles using the company’s CRM and Customer Care systems.
